* Added “Cleaner smooth areas” option (this is now the default if you click Reset All). On extremely noisy images, this will result in less noise in areas such as sky. This setting slows performance.

* Improved stability.
* The manual is no longer bundled with the Zip file. Please download it from the website if you wish to have an offline version.

  • Improved noise reduction algorithm for more detail on textured areas.
  • The sharpening algorithm now looks more like unsharp masking and does not have as many of the weird textures as in BNR1 when sharpening is pushed to extremes.
  • Faster.

Freeware Boundary Noise Reduction updated

v1.4.0 changes:

Added access to sharpening controls.

Improved algorithm for less aliasing on edges and slightly less ‘splotchiness’ from chroma noise.

Profiling will no longer overwrite over sharpening and mix in original detail settings.

Tint, White Balance plug-ins now have GIMP support

White Balance + Highlight Recovery changes:
v1.0.7 – Full GIMP support (PC only; via PSPI).
v1.0.6 (Mac only) – Mac Photoline support, save + load settings default directory now sticks
v1.0.5 – Multi-threaded for faster performance, clicking on preview shows original image, x64 support for PC

Latest version of the tint plugin is 1.0.4.
